Turns out an operational speedometer and odometer is required.
(not mine pictured, but identical)
It was working fine about 75% of the time. The other times it would spaz out or just go out completely. Instead of going digital again, I found this

Messed with my brain for a second there. I know that's a Z28 cluster (LT1 era) but column shifter??? Ha ha.

Don't know where you're at, but PRNDL indication is required for automatic column shifters to pass inspection in MD

Haha, barely. It only has AM/FM, and every station sounds like an AM station.
